Even safer in-line crushing operations with optional wireless line coupling via radio technology Crusher Machine For Sale

Intelligent line coupling from Kleemann | Agg-Net

THANKS to their innovative CFS (Continuous Feed System), Kleemann say the crushing process of their jaw, cone and impact crushing plants is optimized automatically, so that material is always conveyed with maximum efficiency through the machines.

Together with intelligent line coupling, which allows Kleemann machines to be easily coupled with one another, CFS means crusher overload situations and damage are easily prevented, resulting in high availability and output with low wear.

This coupling system has now been extended by the addition of a wireless safety coupling. Previously, if an emergency stop button was pressed on a plant train, a cable connection would ensure that all the machines were safely stopped.

Now, new technology is also available: a safety coupling via a radio system. Kleeman say the new wireless line coupling makes the typical workday of the operator easier. Moreover, complex cable routing is no longer necessary and easy conversion of machines is possible.

The new wireless line coupling technology is currently available as an option for: Mobicat MC 110(i) EVO2 and MC 120(i) PRO jaw crushers; Mobicone MCO 90(i) EVO2 and MCO 110(i) PRO cone crushers; and Mobirex MR 110(i) EVO2, MR 130(i) EVO2 and MR 130(i) PRO impact crushers.
